What to Bring to Your Tax Appointment

Use this checklist to organize your records before contacting or visiting the office. Bring the items that apply to your situation, and ask us about anything you are unsure how to obtain. This is a starting point rather than a complete list for every return — having a document does not by itself establish eligibility for a deduction or credit.
